About Me

Hi, I’m Igor Faris, a wedding photographer with over ten years of experience documenting real moments and the genuine feel of a wedding day. My passion for photography began in my home country of Belarus, where I first learned to appreciate everyday stories and the meaning behind them.
After moving to the United States, I lived in Chicago and Seattle before settling in Los Angeles. Each city introduced me to new people, places, and perspectives, and those experiences continue to shape how I approach every wedding. My style is documentary and unobtrusive. I focus on what feels authentic and true to you and I let the day unfold naturally while I capture it as it happens.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me outdoors, traveling, exploring new landscapes, or camping with my wife and our dog, Loaf. Sequoia National Park and Joshua Tree are two places I return to often for their quiet beauty and wide-open spaces.
I speak Belarusian, Russian, and a bit of French, and I love connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
If you’re looking for wedding photography that feels natural, candid, and true to your relationship, I’d be honored to be part of your story.
